We enjoyed our stay at Inasayama Kanko hotel very much. Staffs were very kind, onsen and breakfast were great. Especially the view from the room was amazing! Many thanks to Lounge ticket, made our stay special on our special time. We wish we could visit again! :)
Everything you expect from a 5 start hotel but the rooms are outdated. Very clean but old stains on the carpet.
Food was impeccable. Tasty, traditional and modern options for breakfast.
Nice hotel with a nice view, it also has a bathhouse/onsen, with a great view of the harbour.
The hotel is a little old, but overall is a nice place to stay if you like great views.
My family of four stayed her one night in a room with two twin beds, two futons, and an amazing view.
Check-in was smooth, we were escorted to our room with a nice explanation of the hotel amenities. The staff did their best to speak in English.
The hotel has a main building and an annex. We stayed in a refurbished room in the main vbuilding but used amenities in both buildings. There are onsens in each building. We tried them both and they were wonderful. Not natural hot springs but they were still a treat, My husband and I also tried the karaoke lounge which was fun.
Breakfast was good, checkout was easy.
I really felt this was a value for the money we paid.
Nice view day/night but the house keeping not good
Hotel is going through remodeling of each floor/room.
House keeping was not good in spite we requested for cleaning/change of towels.
They apologized to us and gave us some souvenirs to take home which was a good gesture.
But it would be hard to recommend this hotel to other people.
View was good and I had a good chan-pong (their signature noodle dish on top floor.)
But the fact their hot spring is not real and poor house-keeping made us not to book again
In the future.

Don't stay here except for view from the hotel.
It was recommended to me by
My friend for the night view. However, service was not that great when it came to cleaning the room and their hot springs was not real.
If I do come back to Nagasaki in the future, I would like to stay somewhere else.
The hotel staff were very nice but the location was farther away from the train station than I expected and the hotel was a little more rundown that the pictures on the website.
I really like the public bath facilities. Great room selection. You can have western/Japanese style. Very nice View, its located on the hill close by popular view point.
Hotel provides a great view of Nagasaki by night. We stayed in a Japenese Western room, with western beds and tatami matted lounge. It was very spacious with a great view. The onsen large and again provides great views by night.
Hotel is very dated with many of the facilities (sky lounge bar for example) being closed. It is located up in the hills and the hotel shuttle does not run frequently throughout the day. Taxis however are reasonably priced and extremely easy to find.
