The bed could have been better. It had hard lumps and I had to just sleep on one side. Also, busy area but you can’t hear the noise in the hotel.

This is a very good hotel. Well located and competitively priced the place is nice and clean, the staff are great and the food in the restraurant great. True I am biased because there is Indian food on offer but a great place.

The service was great and everyone was very hospitable :). The gym was great - they had a good range of equipment. I didn't end up using the pool, but it looked nice and refreshing. The continental breakfast was lovely! The room was also nice. Bed was comfy and bathroom was completely functioning. One of the things I really loved was how they have a driver to and from the airport upon request - this was very convenient after a 26hr travel day. Would definitely recommend staying here!

This is an excellent hotel to stay at in the central business district of Nairobi. It feels safe and secure. The pool and outside sitting areas is beautiful. The staff is very nice and very professional.

Loyal customer disappointed

We have stayed here more than 40 times over the past few years. Staff are friendly. The food is really good, esp for breakfast. We were disappointed with this last stay. The room needs an upgrade - the shower needs lighting, the shower head rod was rusty and the floor was very slanted. One light bulb flickered on and off. We asked for some bottled water but it never came. The TV lost its signal and a fellow came up to fix it but couldn’t - he said he’d follow up but didn’t. Overall, it seems like our loyalty to the use of the hotel doesn’t mean much. It’s disappointing. We will continue to use the hotel because it’s in a great location and the staff know and welcome us. But this stay was disappointing.
