The Cove at Atlantis offers 600 accommodations with DVD players and a safe. Rooms open to balconies. This accommodation offers separate sitting areas. Beds feature premium bedding. This was our second stay at the Cove and I don’t think I could stay anywhere else in Atlantis! Elegant and beautiful with spacious rooms and the best beach in Atlantis with great snorkeling! The pool and beach area never felt over crowded and the staff was attentive and friendly. The water park and water slides were a short walk as well!

Property was clean and staff throughout Atlantis were always kind. The Air conditioning didn’t work during our first 2 days. Finally figured out that the system can not be in auto mode. Must be on high fan for room to get comfortable.

3-star hotel service and hospitality parading as a 5-star. The property itself is very beautiful and well-maintained, but the service and hospitality are seriously lacking. It’s a coin toss whether you’ll encounter a kind, professional hotel employee or a rude, dismissive one acting like you’re inconveniencing them by asking a simple question. Maybe the local workforce is dealing with tourism fatigue, but a true 5-star hotel should uphold consistent customer service and hospitality standards. If they can’t, they don’t deserve the 5-star rating. For example, the onsite Italian restaurant, Paranza, refused to seat us at literally 9:02 PM, claiming seating ended at 9:00 PM. I politely mentioned I was a guest of the hotel and asked if that made a difference — they laughed and said no. So we had to leave hungry. On another occasion, I asked the pool attendant if the stack of towels was clean, and she rudely responded, “Why would I put dirty towels here?” To which I replied, “Well, they’re so poorly folded I couldn’t tell if they were clean or not.” Not exactly the kind of conversation you want to start your pool day with. Overall, I might stay here again because of the number of on-site activities, but I won’t be expecting to be treated well by the staff like I’m accustomed to at other 5-star resorts.

The Cove was beautiful with lush plants and water features filled with fish. The open air walkways had views of the ocean and pools. It was very clean and there were employees constantly available to answer questions or assist those staying at the Cove.
