Overall the place was clean, safe feeling with helpful and friendly staff. Our rooms were cleaned without request, a bit unnerving but they did a good job and the breakfast was subpar- coffee extremely disappointing being in New Orleans. Room temperature didn’t regulate correctly- didn’t run the entire night and tv in 530 didn’t work. Overall good stay and we would stay again

Room was clean and well-maintained. Staff friendly. My stay was fine. My criticism is of two things: decor and entrance. The brown and beige color scheme on the halls and the rooms is outdated and depressing. The entrance is confusing - looks like a parking garage- and dark and uninviting. One Lyft driver of ours had a hard time finding it.
