The hotel was very close to all the places we wanted to go to. We went for a concert at Madison Square Gardens and it was a 5 minute walk. Very central. Down side was the breakfast. It was very good but not much selection. Beers on draught at the bar, none were working. Overall, staff friendly and room was cleaned daily. Massive beds with thick pillows too

I was sick so I couldn't check in my first night. When I got there on my second night they had cancelled my entire reservation and didn't have rooms available so I was out on the street in Manhattan at 10pm after just having flown in from London, sick. I did not get a refund for my first night.nthe hotel gave off a low class vibe. I would never consider going there.

a lot of confusion upon arrival, I booked 2 rooms with 2 beds and they were not separated, we had to sleep 8 people in 2 rooms, 1 with one and the other with 2 beds for 8 people, very inconvenient and irresponsible towards customers.I don't recommend it to anyone

My stay was okay.. after confirming twice about a flight delay and paying in advance they still marked me as a no show at time of arrival and made checking in longer than needed after a longgg travel in. The rooms were not as clean, furniture ripped and taped up, stained linens … it was nice to have a family room but it was below average wouldn’t recommend

Great Stay

Great location if you want to explore different areas of Manhattan because of its central location. It’s close to Pen Station as well so if you’re going to be utilizing the subway it’s great for accessing a lot of train options. All the staff we encountered were very friendly and helpful.

Very central hotel. Accessible to public transportation. Nice, clean, and organized rooms. The housekeeping staff on our 9th floor were incredibly helpful. She was the star of our stay. The food at the hotel's restaurant and bar was very good, and room service was convenient. The lowlight of our stay was the bar service, where they advertised draft beer for happy hour, and when you sat down and asked for it, they told you they didn't have it. It was like a hook to draw you in. A woman at the front desk also provided poor service to my father, who doesn't speak English. She simply told him, "I don't speak Spanish," and did nothing to find an employee who could translate for him or use all the technology that we have on our smartphones.

Unhelpful

The reservation was made online and paid online using my credit card. When I arrive the hotel would not use the card on file to cover the hold. Did not have any other way and was not allowed to stay. Credit card still charged and paid for the room. I would like a refund.
