Hello, I wanted to share that my stay was very pleasant overall. The staff was friendly and the room was clean and comfortable, which made for a great experience. One suggestion I wanted to mention is adding a microwave and refrigerator in the rooms, as those amenities would be very helpful and make the stay even more convenient for guests. Thank you for your hospitality, and I look forward to staying again in the future.

Very, very nice! Staff was super friendly! Great location, only a few blocks away from Times Square! Rooms are very clean and cute, but small. A tad disappointed that the LED light on the vanity mirror didn’t work, nor the purple lights! Other than that my stay was perfect 👌

We paid over $2,300 for three nights expecting a safe and professionally managed hotel. Unfortunately, our experience at YOTEL New York was unacceptable. During our stay, severely intoxicated individuals were present in hotel common areas, harassing guests, soliciting alcohol, making obscene gestures, and behaving aggressively. On one occasion, an intoxicated individual attempted to follow us to the guest elevators, which was extremely concerning from a safety standpoint. The following day, another intoxicated individual occupied the lounge restroom, refused to leave, and verbally harassed guests trying to use the facilities. What made this worse was the complete absence of staff or security at night during these incidents. There was no one available to intervene, manage the situation, or ensure guest safety. This was not a minor inconvenience — it was a clear safety failure that prevented us from feeling secure or enjoying our stay. Given the premium price, this experience was far below acceptable standards. I would not recommend this hotel unless significant improvements are made to staffing and security, especially at the lounge at night.

Very dirty tv console area. Sheets smelled like fried food. Dirty shower. Men knocked on our door in the morning, hours before checkout, even though our sign was up for privacy. They knew we were still resting and continued to yell back and forth the hallway for an hour. Staff was wonderful and helpful!

The staff was excellent however we had to wait a while as our room was not ready at check in time. When we finally got our key the maid was still cleaning the room so we had to wait in the hall way for the room to be ready again. The bathroom was not clean and the room had an odor. There was a brown ring around the sink. The bed was not comfortable as it was raised and it was difficult to sleep

This place sucks, straight up. Room looks kind of janky too. I only booked for one night and it’s dirty and very cramped. The tv does not work properly so that’s useless. They charged me an extra $59 to check in early. The only good thing was the view and even that was kind of small with the window space they give you. If you’re choosing between this and the CitizenM micro hotel rooms, trust me choose CitizenM. It’s cleaner you get a very large window view of the city, their tv works. Absolutely NOT worth the money I paid! Update: I just wanted to also share that there is clearly mold right over the door. We did not bother to shower here. Cleanliness is clearly an issue with this place. We also asked for someone to check on the tv and they said they would send someone, no one came.

We did not get the suite we reserved, the room was on the small side but it was okay. The shower floor was really dirty but everything was functional. It was an okay stay. We didn't spend much time in the room. More than anything explored the city. Location is great.
