The property was quiet and the roof top decor is sheek and beautiful. However , I had a hard time checking in because they immediately required you to pay a resort fee before checking in so I had To go back outside to my car to get my wallet and needed to leave my bags .The door man requested $3 to hold my bags. I didn’t have $3.00 and pleaded with him to hold it while I ran back to my car. They did not tell me that the garage was attached to the hotel- that would’ve made my day easier .There’s no sign indicating that one elevator goes to the garage so you’re just standing there confused. The room was waaaaay to small and the TV was static the whole time , every channel. The rooftop was still closed at 12noon when I wanted to go out and look at the views before checking out but I couldn’t . I would not stay here again . Don’t waste your money it’s not worth it.

This was a pretty nice stay except for the fact that the room was way smaller than expected because I got a solo room. Also, I paid for late checkout and they still ended up locking me out of my room early and constantly sending the cleaning lady ahead of time. Also, there was a random resort fee for $100 and I just couldn’t understand why? It wasn’t terrible but it wasn’t a 5-star experience.

Great Location, Poor condition

This hotel is in a great location accessible to many popular spots and the subway close by. We chose this hotel as it had a room that would accommodate our family of four with a boy and girl who could have separate beds in the junior suite. The rooms are tired though and needing some TLC, the bathroom wasn’t great and smelled of damp most of the time, the shower had very little power and although an industrial feel was maybe what they were going for it was far from luxurious. For a couple of days in a great location it’s worth looking into for a larger group or family if you can get a reasonable price but be prepared for the poor condition of the rooms

Overall it went well. But towards the end I got knocks on the door with security because someone tried to check out my room before I could even come down and check out. It wasn’t even time to check out yet I had about 15 mins left before check out.
