Nice hotel close to the beach and the Newport mansions as well as town center. Friendly staff. But the housekeeping and cleaning service was really surprisingly bad. Very nice people who were cleaning…but they did ridiculously bad job freshening the rooms. Other than recommend (including because a good value compared to some other hotels in town).

Was a ok place,just a few things i didn t like. First was the Continental Breakfast, the two times i walked down to grab a snack the dishes were empty of food. Second the tiles in the shower, there were about ten of them loose. Third was the cleaning staff who left a note under our door that if we didn t let them in they couldn t take out garbage and put in new towels. Well when we left and took off the do not disturb sign, the cleaning staff came in took out the garbage and made the bed and took the money we left for them and didn t bother to put in new towels. Lastly the room door, which was put in very badly and you could see into the hallway when it was closed and the dead bolt lock did not work.

CONTINUE TO BE DISAPPOINTED

Sad to say this place just doesn't deserve a good review. MULTIPLE attempts at providing constructive feedback go unaddressed, and when asked the responses are dismissive and largely feel like "well people will come anyways, so we don't care" Asked OVER a week in advance for just a little bit of an early check in given an early dinner with a family member who lost their father, not only was that not able to be accommodated, but my room also wasn't even ready at 430PM!! a 4PM check in is already an insult. Multiple other guests sitting in the lobby without their rooms ready as well. YOU HAVE A BAR offer people a free drink to wait at least . BEWARE of parking your car as their AC units across the street drain their collected water directly onto your car. Overall, it's tough to justify savings at maximum a $100 a night over a better, more attentive provider when your experience continues to go like this. Whoever owns this place needs to shuffle the deck on their leadership and processes.

The room very clean and cute. Nice free breakfast. The parking is safe and easy. And it’s just a cute hotel. I will go back again. Staff was helpful and very welcoming. The only negative was the conditioner and body wash was empty, room was kind of small. The halls are dark. But the positives outweighed the negatives.

Beautiful view of beach and mansions of cliff walk. Could walk to a few restaurants and the beach, location was great. Staff was very nice. Parking was great. Beds were comfortable. The walls were thin though. Could feel doors slamming and people banging the ground and walls all night. Also heard screaming from next door. Wish we brought ear plug, that gave us some bad nights of sleep. Included breakfast was okay, wish there were more options maybe more fruit and pastries.

The suite was great. Spacious, comfortable. The view was terrible. For the price, to look over a parking lot on both sides with an open dumpster. Then when we asked to move, we were given a very hard time, for a long time. Very poor customer service. The coffee at breakfast was great!

Fees were paid in advance and then they charge for destination fees. Continental breakfast was extremely limited as it offered a juice or two, stale bagels and English muffins, old fruit. Cereal, one flavor of yogurt. There was no protein, no gluten free option, no staffing. They appear overwhelmed. Other guests rude. No staff to clean rooms (apparently because any guest complaint to manager needed to wait because he was cleaning rooms.) beds very uncomfortable, a/c hardly worked. Pool was very small, patio top fire pit did not work. No good food within walking distance. Very overrated. Building with that much potential and a large kitchen area and restaurant not able to be used.. definitely not worth 1000$ for 2 evenings and one not even on the weekend

I can’t really tell what area this hotel is supposed to be in. Maybe it’s more lively in the summer. This was just a pit stop on your trip. Cute hotel, boring area.
