"In der Beschreibung der Anzeige stand, dass ein Badezimmer, Bademäntel usw. enthalten sei. Als ich ankam gab es jedoch kein Badezimmer. Lediglich ein Haus mit einem gemeinsamen Badezimmer. Auf Anfrage hin wurde mir nur ein 400€ teureres Zimmer angeboten. Die Anzeige ist irreführend und das Personal nicht einsichtig. Ich habe daraufhin das Zimmer nicht beansprucht und habe mir etwas Neues gesucht… ich bitte um eine Rückerstattung"
