Boasting a sprawling 1,600 square feet of comfort and style, the Curacao villa is a 3-bedroom unit that can sleep 8 guests comfortably. Architectural awe like vaulted ceilings and conveniences like three TVs with cable service and high-speed internet access make these villas both visually appealing and family-friendly. This home also features newly installed vinyl flooring throughout. The Curacao has a king-sized bed in the primary bedroom along with a queen-sized bed in the first guest bedroom and two twin beds with new mattresses in the second guest bedroom. To complement these luxurious rooms, the vast living area includes a sofa that converts into a queen-sized bed. The Curacao villas also have two full bathrooms to speed up prep time in the mornings- with the primary bath featuring dual sinks and a separate tub and shower. Enjoy meals in the fully-equipped kitchen, which includes upgraded appliances such as a refrigerator, oven, stove and microwave, and also includes cookware, utensils and glassware. Enjoy coffee or drinks while taking in the scenery from one of two screened balconies with tables and chairs. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
