Great location , lots of restaurants, incredible bakery, cheese shop and butcher. Apartment is well supplied with bedding, towels, toiletries, kitchen well supplied. The space is comfortable and charming. Highly recommend, would stay there again in a heartbeat

Main bed in loft had less than one meter of headspace. Ladder to loft far too steep and dangerous to use, especially in the dark. No elevator and spiral stairs not manageable with luggage. No WIFI, Tv did not work, no onsite management to address problems.

Cute place, great value for location.

Nice place overall. The communication was particularly great (and very responsive). There were some issues that caused me to rate it a little lower (no elevator and lugging luggage for a family of 5 up a tight spiral staircase was rough, big cracks in the main bedroom and bath, etc) but the location was great and it fit us all well enough.

Very unique and cozy property. The upstairs was perfect for the three kids to sleep while my wife and I slept on pull out could downstairs. For a pull out couch it was very comfortable even for my wife who has back problems. I loved the vibrant colors and plantings surrounding the property

The location was fantastic! The property was compact but quaint. The character of the building and the entrance as you walk in was beautiful. We would definitely stay here again and try a different apartment in the building. Communication was brilliant and the check in and out was easy and went smoothly. I'd recommend!

Small, comfortable and cozy apartment, great location. Contactless check in was easy. I wish the owner could give instructions on how to turn on the convection cooktop (we couldn't figure out how to use it). The hotel was nice with access to local restaurants and little shops.

If you are not worried about a lot of elbow room or the amenities in an apartment, this is fine. But it was a very small studio, RV style shower that didnt seal and made a mess while using it. It was also on the 4th floor with stairs only, and you dont find that out until after booking. Huge benefit was it was a convenient location and felt like a pretty safe area.

Very cute little apartment, although it was extremely small for 3 people. A small bed and a pull out couch, a tiny kitchenette, and a bathroom that only one person could stand in--although it had a toilet, small shower, sink, and a washing machine. The area was very cute, very walkable, only 5 minutes from the Arts et Metiers metro station, and it had an adorable interior garden/patio area where you could sit and even eat a meal. You couldn't check in until 3 p.m., but you could sit in the patio area and wait. There was a coffee shop next door, so my husband, daughter, and I bought a coffee and waited in the patio area for an hour before we checked in. It was very pleasant.

This was a fantastic little studio. It isn't luxury, but it has a fantastic vibe between the huge windows and the endless coffee shop and other eating and grocery options just outside the door. Had a wonderful time. All of Paris is at your doorstep here.
