Beautiful and huge hotel so the price was awesome. Close to universal studios which was amazing. The only reason I didn’t give it a 5 star was because the free shuttle to universal studio is very limited and it’s nothing they can control as it’s provided by universal. They only take you to universal in the morning. Our event was for Halloween horror night so it didn’t work for us, it wasn’t clearly disclosed at the booking, it was advertised as Free shuttle to universal. However, spoke to a manager and they heard my concerns, and tried to address the best they can so they did good when addressing a concern

The elevators sounded beat down. Ice machines dont work on floor 15,16,12,11 probably more. The one on 14 works. People in the lobby EVERY morning trying to do time share sales.

This place was such a rip off. The whole place is busted, when you look around for more than 10 minutes everything is busted and crusty. Broken and dirty elevators, wall plug covers falling off, broken art pieces in the lobby, trash laying around everywhere. Not to mention there is no in room microwave, not even a real coffee maker, and by the way, the single cup-brrwibg machine they do give you, dirty AF. If you want a microwave you have to walk all the way to the arcade and endure un-supervised brats screaming while you are waiting for your popcorn to finish popping. The bed sheets were stained, with (what I really hope was) red lipstick. But considering all the grime, probably blood. I will never stay here again. Anyone else thinking about it, save your money and stay somewhere else, I cannot believe that universal calls this a partnered hotel.
