Mother’s Day weekend with a Loud wedding

Everything was great except for the wedding party that was right next-door to our room was up past 1 AM with very loud music. Several complaints to host security and they finally went up and had them turn the music down. We were told that we would receive a 35% off discount to accommodate for the issue.

Great hotel. Some small issues.

The hotel was very beautiful and comfortable. The staff was great and helpful and the room very nice. A few detractors to our experience however. We were interrupted shortly after checking as housekeeping hadn’t checked the minibar after the previous guest. We paid for the parliament view. But there was only one window in the room and it was small. You had to be in the window and crane your neck to see parliament. There was also a delay in the valet service while checking out as a result of a city wide bike race that shut down the street in front of the hotel. It wasn’t the hotels fault but the staff could have been more communicative of the delays. Overall a very good experience.

It was one of the best one night stays I have ever experienced. The pool was amazing and we were the only ones there. The food at the food at Zoe's was the best dinner I've ever had. Highly recommended.
