The check-in was a horror show. Bad enough check in is now at 4 pm, everyone showed at 4 pm and there was lineup out the door in -25c weather.Tbe staff was non existant ans check on took the better part of 30-35 minutes..

Yes the room was nice very clean only issue was the window would not close and at minus 35 wind was coming threw and cold with ice on the window. staff was very pleasant easy and quick check in. the pool was nice and clean nice hot tub also but was very small for size of hotel restaurant was very nice and fancy but very small and pricey menu with small portions. was very easy walking to Rideau canal and Rideau centre Centre mall. I would recommend hopefully cleaned up after there ongoing renovations in the area.
