I am generally happy with our stay however after paying for late check out, reception called to remind us that check out is at 12 noon. I was not happy about this level of inefficiency. Overall , we had an enjoyable stay . This is our 3 rd visit to Riu Plaza.

Big hotel with large, very comfortable rooms. They had a fabulous breakfast with a huge selection of items and dishes. Staff was very helpful. Only downside is the terrible traffic during rush hour, though they are within walking distance to subway.
