A basic hotel in a reasonable location - nothing special, but nothing bad. To be honest it looked more like a robust 3x hotel rather than 4x. I must say that staff has been very helpful and friendly.

Probably the quietest hotel that I have ever stayed and I love my quiet. They gave me what I requested but rarely get - top floor on corner. No street noise!. AC/ Heat was quiet and staff friendly and outgoing.

It is the perfect hotel if you are going to Longchamp,as it is located a short walk away or a very short taxi ride. The room was very spacious and the bed was to die for, with an extremely comfortable mattress. Staff was really helpful, from letting us check in *really* early to booking us a last-minute taxi to go to Gare du Nord. The town of Suresnes has a wonderful vibe on the weekends and feels very safe (very family-oriented). There are lots of dining options around the hotel too. If we are ever coming back to Longchamp, I wouldn't think twice and would book the same hotel.

We had a great 3 night stay at the Novotel in a family room. The location was great for getting to the train station for day trips out to Versailles and central Paris (line L/U). The room was clean and comfortable, although the lighting a little gloomy and the shower tended to flood the bathroom floor despite best efforts to avoid this. The tea and coffe making facilities were generally good but we had to buy milk as no little pots or creamer were provided. Breakfast was excellent with plenty of choice and healthy options as well as the delicious pastries. We would would definitely recommend a stay at this hotel and would very happily return.

The hotel is outsite Paris in Suresnes/Longchamp location in residential area across Seine river. By Uber we paid about 25 for a trip to Paris Centre. Public transport may not be that good and frequent. The hotel is small compared to big Novotel hotels and the Rooms were also not big when you pay high. The room was Okay but dark theme was not so pleasant. We missed minibar and a proper working table in the room. Breakfast is expensive but very basic. My wife lost her shoes, and they finally tried to find out, but more disturbing was that 2 ladies at the reception were speaking too much and were claiming that as it never has happened before, there should be no question of any theft. So we thought perhaps it was our mistake to complain. However, we believe that they did check and they also tried to compensate. One staffs at frond desk with beared appeared to be a responsible and friendly Front office manager. Most importantly nobody speaks English except frontdesk while the hotel wrongly claims that they speak international languages. We had to struggle a lot with room service and cleaning and restaurant staffs as they only spoke French and they couldn’t understand even small words of English.
