Manager/owner was not interested in anything but getting money from guests. I would not recommend staying at that particular Motel 6. While the entirety of the franchises are not 5 star, nor meant to be, most are a good value. King of Prussia is not.

The water pressure in the shower was horrible I felt dirtier getting out than I did going in The hallway smelt like complete garbage there was no microwave no coffee maker no refrigerator The air conditioner did not work I would never stay there again

The property was sold new owners during our stay and there was a bit of friction during change over. The staff still remained professional and helpful as they could. They were accommodating whenever possible. One disappointing issue was they went from putting out a piss poor “grab and go” breakfast bar that didn’t even include coffee to having no breakfast bar at all.

The hotel itself needs to be updated and upgraded. Floors are stained, no covers on beds, no shampoo and conditioner. Doors are not set in frame correctly and smells like weed and cigarettes even though each door is labeled as no smoking.
