Lovely hotel, very accommodating and comfortable. I did find that it was a bit noisy in the hallways and outside which is to be expected in a busy city. We couldn't hear out neighbors though which was great

Stay here!

This hotel was absolutely stunning. From the moment we walked in to the moment, we walked out, start to finish. It was sublime. We had such a lovely meal with friends in the restaurant, which was excellent! The seating area on the mezzanine was wonderful for chatting with our guests and it was located in a convenient area of downtown Pittsburgh. I would highly recommend anyone stay here for a luxury stay. The price was right to consider considering!

Pros: Great location, well appointed room and very clean. Had dinner at restaurant which was very good. Cons: Did not receive my VIP amenity and I shouldn't have to ask. Valet took 30 minutes on average to retrieve the car every time so plan accordingly. I ended up using ride share twice because of retrieval time. Car also came back scuffed (not scratched) every time they brought it to me. Requested room with a bathtub for my daughter (Expedia listed it as available with my room selection) and did not receive it.
