The hotel is gorgeous and in close proximity to everything we planned on seeing. The bed was a bit uncomfortable - too firm for our liking. We attempted to have dinner at The Commoner and took seats at the bar. After waiting for several minutes and being ignored by the bartender, we left to look for dinner elsewhere. Overall, though, we had a great time in Pittsburgh.

The staff was AMAZING, the decor is fun, the room was nice. Our shower was not clean when we arrived, but the housekeeping was really great otherwise. Valet parking was okay, but a bit limited if you needed to leave early, etc compared with the Omni next door. We also had to wait 1.5 hours for the valet to return our car when we checked out, which fortunately did not make us late to our flight. It's a convenient location and the beds were comfortable, I'd consider staying again.
