The room was uncomfortably hot throughout my stay. The AC never cooled the space properly and actually kept blowing warm air all night, which made it really hard to sleep. On top of that, the pillows were stiff and not comfortable at all. Overall, the room setup made the night much less restful than I expected.

Great location in walking distance from all attractions. Functional modern rooms and bathrooms. The buffet could be a little better organized and the breakfast area can be a bit chilly in the winter. Staff is friendly and accommodating.

Room and the whole hotel was average at best finish and design and on top you are awaken by the smell of bacon being prepared at the kitchen at 6:30. Mind you the kitchen is the ground floor and my room was on the 5th floor. I can only imagine how much more smelly was for those that were on the first floor. Breakfast was below average, particularly the pastries section, cold cut meats was also below average, and desert section was almost non existent. You can only get precooked eggs sunny side up which were cold or ask for an omlet, which they made for you with requested ingredients and was ok.

A comfortable room for a 4 night stay. The hotel is conveniently located in the city centre. There was lots of choice at breakfast but on the 2nd day, no bowls! I asked 2 staff members for a bowl so I could have cereal and they both said no, shrugging their shoulders! I ended up eating the cereal out of a disposable cup! Seriously. I am sure a hostel would have given me a bowl!
