"Wir hatten ein Familienzimmer und waren rundum zufrieden. Das Personal war durchweg sehr freundlich und hat regelmäßig nachgefragt, ob alles in Ordnung ist. Besonders positiv: Feedback wurde aktiv eingeholt und dankend angenommen – so etwas erlebt man nicht oft, TOP!
Die Lage des Hotels ist super: Mehrere Bushaltestellen in der Nähe, sodass ein Mietwagen nicht nötig ist. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Imbisse und Restaurants sind ebenfalls fußläufig erreichbar, und die Innenstadt sowie der Hafen sind nah.
Wir konnten unser Zimmer sogar kostenlos um eine halbe Stunde länger nutzen, was sehr entgegenkommend war. Insgesamt ein sehr freundlicher, serviceorientierter Aufenthalt."
