"La réception il y a beaucoup trop de personnel qui se marchent dessus, tout est très compliqué. Il faut demander plusieurs fois avant que les choses bougent. Ils sont en revanche agréable & polit.
Les restaurants ne sont pas tous ouverts 7/7. En revanche les infrastructures sont de bonnes qualité, la plage est belle "

"La chambre était impeccable, le personnel au petit soin, les installations sont bien entretenues…
Nous sommes tombés pendant le typhon dans cet hôtel la réactivité du personnel et le service est resté à la hauteur malgré les circonstances."
