Every person I encountered was very friendly and nice. My room was 622. It smelled really bad of mold/mildew. I noticed the curtains get really wet when the AC is on. The sheers have mold on them.

The stay was comfortable, I came with my wife and young child. We were in the pool all 3 days, the pool could have been a little warmer for the adults but the kids didn’t care. The hot tub could have used a little more chlorine or whatever they use to keep it clean. The room was pretty clean, the rooms are just about ready for renovations, it’s been 10 years since the place first opened. The front desk staff was fantastic, very accommodating. The restaurant and bar need more help, they are understaffed, especially when there are football games at Lumen field. We ate breakfast and dinner there twice, almost a third breakfast, but we waited 15 minutes for a server before we got up and left. The gentleman waiter who served us dinner twice went above and beyond for some of the ridiculous requests my 5 year old had, he was a pleasure to interact with. Overall this was a pretty good stay for our family’s 3 day trip to Seattle, I would recommend the hotel for families.

The hotel website and booking site stae this hotel to provide free breakfast. This hotel does not provide breakfast. Staff members stated that is a typo on their website. Unfortunately these are factors people look at when booking a stay. Seems very misleading

The hotel was very nice. There were areas to lounge near the bar and near the lobby. The rooms were nice and clean and the staff was friendly. We also thought the location was great.

Checking in at 5pm there were 4 people in line ahead of me with only 1 employee checking in guests. I find it odd a downtown Seattle nice hotel that charges $300+ a room can’t afford more employees at prime check in time. So I had to wait longer than I have in some time, but so be it not a huge concern. I paid for parking on the spot and he told me my room key would open the parking garage door. It did not so I paged the front desk and 2 minutes later I explained the issue and they asked my last name and room number and they opened the gate. When I walked through the lobby again after parking I explained what happened and said is there a way to not have this happen when I leave? She said they shouldn’t have let you through and you’ll have to do the same when you leave. I said um why can’t you just make my key work so I can leave your parking garage that you’re billing me for? She said we can’t do that. I had a show to see that night so I carried on with my night. The next morning we couldn’t get out of the garage. We didn’t have our room key, no one responded to our call button at the garage exit and another guest even ran to me and asked how we get out? I said no idea. My passenger said screw this and handed me his credit card and we paid an additional $70 to leave. Won’t stay at that specific hotel again.
