Nice area. Convenient to restaurants, shopping, walkable , close to carnival cruise terminal. Nice room with all the conveniences. Hotel kept our bags until we could check in. Concierge was very helpful with bags and cabs and any thing else we needed. Would stay here again!

The hotel seemed to be grubbing for money at every turn. We had a $30 resort fee plus its tax added on every day. After paying over $7 ($1 tip) for an Americano coffee, I was denied a refill at the coffee bar. This happened two mornings in a row. You could improve this by making people feel more like guests.

I had a very frustrating experience with this hotel. Despite having a confirmed reservation made through a third-party booking site, the hotel did not honor the reservation upon arrival. We were told there was no availability, even though our booking was fully confirmed and paid for. This situation caused unnecessary stress and inconvenience, especially after traveling and expecting our room to be ready. There was little accountability taken by the staff. A king room was provided, but that was not adequate for our party. If you choose to stay here, I strongly recommend booking directly with the hotel, as third-party reservations do not appear to be reliable. Unfortunately, this experience left a very negative impression, and I would not stay here again based on how the situation was handled.

The room, location, and facilities of this conference hotel are comfortable and attractive. The pool area is quite pleasant, as are the walking paths and manmade lagoon that surround the property. The bathroom was well-appointed but rather small. The staff members are extremely friendly and helpful. The on-site bar and grab-and-go 'cafe' are small and rather disappointing. Although there are some very nice restaurant options within reasonable walk/taxi distance, it would be nice to have a more elegant dining option within the hotel.
