Room was very spacious but did have some wear and tear showing but over all nice. I would say on staff some were very nice but there were definitely that were not. Buffet food was just ok by end of week it was blah. Got to go to only one restaurant with reservation. Most restaurants were already booked up for our week. The nightly entertainment was good but during the day not much action. If I went back to Punta Cana, I would book somewhere else.

Check in with Elegance Club privileges was prompt. Room was spacious & comfortable. Beach was great with soft sand, plenty of chaise lounges, & daily seaweed cleanup. Ocean was beautiful and swimmable. Staff was friendly and accommodating, especially our butler Victor. Food options were plentiful. Bars were located in convenient places and service was excellent.

When we first got to the majestic elegant, everything was perfect beautiful facility very clean. The staff were very hospitable and friendly and inviting. But I had a little problem with the air-conditioning in my room, making some noise which made it uncomfortable for me to sleep well. I informed the facility the next morning and they came to fix it. At first, I was disappointed because It took longer than I expected to get it fixed and I had to sit around in my bathing suit for hours why they fixed it. I informed the facility that I was not happy about that. They really made it up to me. They apologized multiple times and send me gifts and they were very accommodating. They even give me a credit on services that I used at the facility. And at the Japanese restaurant, we made a mistake and made our reservation for later that evening, so we got there 3hrs early before our reservation, but they still made a way for us to have dinner at the time we wanted. Also, we had one of the best experiences at the Sea and See restaurant. The staff there were excellent, Eric, Joige, Emanuelle, Tony, Nuris, and Macker well excellent!!! As a matter of fact it was because of them that my husband and I said that we would definitely go back to the majestic elegance. We have such a wonderful time!! Everything went so well and we were so happy. We were relaxed and didn’t want to leave. I will give them five out of five stars!!!! We will be back very soon!!!!
