The staff were wonderful! They were so friendly and accommodating. The resort was very nice and clean, but the outlets were inconveniently located in the rooms and would not charge all of our devices. The food was good, we loved the steakhouse and Japanese restaurant. The beach was disappointing because there was so much seaweed on the beach and in the water.

Our first trip was to the colonial and that was awesome. The elegance club was even better. Having the perks that came along with the club was even better. Our butler JC was very helpful and available whenever we needed him. We were a group of 12 and he took care of 10 of the 12 people to make life easier on all of us. That was super cool. We all plan to make the an every 2 year trip if possible. only downfall was the seaweed, there was a lot of seaweed in the ocean.

The pool is nice and big. The beach is nice too. Hard to find a shaded pool chair unless you get lucky though. Food choices are alright. We ended up going to the buffet most nights. Hibachi was disappointing.

it was amazing had an amazing time & wish i could’ve stayed longer! really felt like family there! only thing id say is the food was okay which is expected & DONT DRINK THE WATER!!! just ask for water bottles unless u wanna be sick after or during your vacation.

Property was well laid out, doing the elegance club upgrade added a few extra spots (bars cafe and self serve buffet) a kid free pool, and separate lounge chair access. Staff / people at the resort were all friendly and welcoming. Beach was rock and shell free, with some seaweed they attempted to clean regularly. Overall awesome stay, good food, good drinks, and sunny sandy beach, what more are you looking for? please, wherever youre from, tip, if you tip your coffee barista and bartender at home, you should give these temporary friends the same respect.
