$3100 was stolen out of our safe. The property was unwilling to help and always putting the blame back on us. After 4 days of asking for security footage we were told it was against company policy and we wouldn’t be allowed to view. They provided a print out which could have been made up by anyone with times that our safe was opened. Very disappointing for a 4.8 star rated resort that cost $10,000 for a family vacation. Their final words to my wife was that it was most likely that we misplaced the money or spent it within the casino the 1 night my daughter and I went. Crazy crazy. Worst vacation and customer service I have ever experienced in my 50 years of traveling across the world. Please please please take caution if going to these facilities. I would recommend not taking any cash along.

Butler service was great! Property is well maintained. Rooms need renovation, furniture is old. Bed sheets are dirty, rooms are not being well cleaned. Had to ask for towels because cleaning service forgot to leave towels. Service was also not as great, it was slow. Very loud resort with a lot of construction on the site. I had to complain about noise! I will never be coming back! Definitely not 5 star resort!

We stayed at the Mirage in the Mirage Club Rooftop jacuzzi room. The room was great, and the rooftop terrace was fantastic for a late night drink or to watch a sunrise. These rooms include butler services. The property is impeccable and I mean spotless, from our room to the public bathrooms to the pool and the beach. The food at EVERY restaurant and buffet was excellent. I mean excellent. The quality, and the presentation. The buffets were incredible! I cannot truly list the food because it was everything. The coffee shop on site absolutely blows away any Starbucks or true coffee shop However the greatest strength of this resort is the staff. Eduardo our butler handled everything. My request for a birthday cake at one of our reservations surpassed my expectations. He took care of everything I requested and looked after us with a personal touch. Always finding us in the morning wherever we were on the property to make sure everything was ok. He cares about his customers and honestly makes you feel like you can kick back and just relax. Eduardo is the best! The service staff were incredible as well. Luis in the French restaurant with help from Marylin - I’m sorry I know I’m not spelling your name right- made my girlfriend’s birthday celebration even better with their attentiveness. Miguel Angel, and Carlos at the Seaside restaurant would work into the night and be the first smiling faces I’d see in the morning for breakfast. Happy and attentive and always helpful. 👏

My husband and I celebrated our 3 year wedding anniversary here. From arriving to leaving, the process and stay was so smooth. Loved our room and this resort was truly beautiful. The buffet style food was regular, but the French, Japanese (hibachi), steakhouse, and Italian restaurant were incredible. Our butler Eduardo was amazing. He communicated with us on a daily, and made sure our fridge was stocked w/water as I requested. The staff, especially the guy where we get our towels, was sooo incredible. He was able to make our reservations for dinner and very responsive when I text through the app as well. We had Oceanside view and the sky rooftop room. Absolutely beautiful. The pool was lovely and the beach was okay…too much coral reefs for me. A little take away from the room was the toilet area. It gave cruise vibes and it was really small. My husband and I are not big people, but I still like some room in my toilet area. Also just minor maintenance like painting needed on the Sky roof top area. Other than that, my first time here, and it won’t be my last time! We did dinner in the sky as our excursion here and it was a blast! I also wish this resort provides shuttles to and from the airport…that will be awesome! But over all a phenomenal place and stay! My husband definitely utilized the sports bar every night, and I utilized the gym every day! Did I mention this place was amazing!!! Thank you DR and Majestic Mirage, you all did not disappoint! Room service was tea!

Excellent Staff, resort is beautiful. Very accommodating. Delicious Food, rooms are very clean and comfortable. Entertainment nightly, plenty of store on site for any needs.

The Majestic resort is very beautiful and the service is exceptional. We stayed at this resort for 7 days and we have whole heartedly recommended it to all our friends and family. We are looking forward to our next vacation at this resort again. The food variety is great and the rooms are very cozy. What an amazing experience!

My clothes was missing in my room and it took 30 min to get me a drink at the restaurant. I pay for transportation with my booking when i lef back i have to pay a taxi diver. I spend so much money here and didnt get the services i was expected NOT HAPPY
