The property is extremely clean. We were very disappointed that half the restaurants were closed. My entire family came back with traveler's diarrhea. We never drank the water but i think it's the ice for the drinks and them simply washing fruits/vegetables that did us all in. I would strongly suggest taking an oral vaccine beforehand to prevent Montezuma!

The internet seems ok, on certain area in the resort. The staffs were excellent. We couldn't really use the balcony due mosquitos infestation in the back .

Staff seem like they hate their job, no energy or happiness. They seem annoyed when you ask them anything. And very tip orientated. They force you to attend a mandatory presentation to buy a stupid timeshare thing they wasted one whole day of our vacation. For a resort by the water you would think they would have adequate seafood. When they only serve frozen shrimp and little to NO other seafood options . Food was beyond disappointing.

Staff was amazing, everyone is so nice and friendly. Very professional, they work so hard from the entertainers to the trolley drivers they are all phenomenal! The road to the resort was concerning, but once you get through the gates you feel safe. My biggest let down was the food, room service and the buffet was horribleeeee. The speciality dining was slightly better but I never finished a plate I felt like I was starving. There’s 6 restaurants but they’re not all open daily so that was disappointing and you have to reserve at 7am for the ones that are open cause the spots fill up quick which is annoying cause who wants to wake up at 7am on vacation. A lot of repairs was going on at the time. Another let down was the hot tub was not hot! My body was aching after my excursion so I was looking forward to the hot tub just to get in and it was cold. This resort is not good for young solo travelers. Maybe older couples and families will enjoy it. If you’re gonna go here just pay the extra for “privilege” the food is slightly better for vip and you have access to top shelf liquor. Overall I’m grateful for how wonderful the staff was to me but I’d never stay here again.

The service at this property was not very good, and the beach was quite dirty. The cocktails at the bar were terrible unless you tipped the waiter a dollar first. Overall, I was disappointed with the experience and expected much better quality. This place needs serious improvements.

I am appauled theu fidnt give us our complimentary bottle when we checked in, wouldnt let us use our spa credit even tho we asked in advance. I thought i was giving my 74 yo mother a nice spa day, well, they're all liars and couldnt care less to help as im in the reception lobby cryimg. Never again.

The resort is huge and well kept. The food and choices amazing. Only downside mostly Spanish entertainment. Would not recommend if you can't speak Spanish. Definitely safe and family oriented, not a party resort.

The staff are all helpful and friendly. The resort is beautiful and well maintained. The entertainment is good and diverse. It was disappointing to arrive and find out that one of the pools was not open and instead was being repaired. It was disappointing to learn that the special restaurants were only available on 1 or 2 nights per week.

El lugar es bien bonito y disfrutamos mucho la estancia. Muy buena comida en buffet, aunque algunas cosas bastante repetitivas durante la semana. Los restaurantes cocinan muy bueno y la musica del hotel bien latina (excelente) . Para estas fechas (septiembre) es temporada baja y los restaurantes no estaban abiertos todos los dias, por lo que no pudimos disfrutar el restaurante de steaks. Tambien algunas areas estaban en remodelación, pero no interfirio con la estadía.

Resort was beautiful and staff were very friendly. Multiple dining options and the Blue Team made the trip enjoyable. Wasn’t enthused about staff member acting like he was our personal tour guide of the resort and he tried to sell us a time share the next day.
