Paradisus Palma Real Golf & Spa Resort All Inclusive offers 600 air-conditioned accommodations, which are accessible via exterior corridors, and features free minibar items and laptop-compatible safes. I absolutely enjoyed staying at this resort, the hospitality here was beyond what I could have imagined. The room and amenities were to die for! I will definitely be returning to stay at this resort and for a longer period of time. Everyone was so helpful, kind and patient. 10s across the board!

We have spent here 13 days and got to know this place on each front. The resort is gorgeous and well run! The staff is very friendly, professional and well polished. Special thanks to concierge Guillermo and Jendry Acosta. Great asset for the place and made our time more pleasant. Beach and all pools are kept impeccably clean and have no faults. Rooms are all modern, very neat so as the whole resort. However, the praising stops here! The FOOD is horrible and we had to go for dinners elsewhere three times. Have been going to Punta Cana for 22 years mostly twice a year, were in also much cheaper resorts and food was so much better. These cooks have either no talents, small budget or even both. What a nerve from upper management to serve such a horrendously low quality food, bad recipes with no presentation and frozen mushy vegetable sides from previous day. Mediterranean restaurant and Steak house meat- my dogs would not swallow! Mexican has no theme and serves just fast food, no meals. Buffet is the only place you can get by. The only one of the all restaurants I rate three out of ten was the lunch place by the ocean. They unfortunately have no idea here what the sea food is, except one kind of dry salmon and occasional dried out shrimp. Dining is the most important part of vacation and we hope you realize that! Please go to Lopesan next door and learn what to serve people and how. We were there in May and have totally different experience. They only survive on comventions.

The property was exceptional—beautifully maintained with spotless rooms. The staff were incredibly warm, helpful, and welcoming. The swim-up bar was a highlight and made the experience even more special. Overall, it’s an amazing place to spend your vacation. The evening performances were truly the stars of the stay.

I normally don’t leave negative reviews, but this resort was extremely disappointing. Don’t expect a warm or welcoming atmosphere. Dinner reservations were nearly impossible to get, and we ended up at the buffet most nights—which unfortunately had an unpleasant smell and very limited options. Lunch spots didn’t require reservations, but the moment you walked in, it often felt like guests were not welcome. Many of the staff members were rude, unprofessional, and communication was very difficult because very few spoke English. Although the resort advertises itself as family-friendly, the children’s food options were basically limited to chicken nuggets, French fries, and mac and cheese—no vegetables, berries, or healthier choices. The breakfast buffet offered food that was poorly prepared and often difficult to eat. I also noticed concerning hygiene practices; some cooks handled food without gloves and used their hands directly. Relaxing on the beach was nearly impossible due to constant interruptions every few minutes from people selling souvenirs, tours, and other things. It was overwhelming and made it hard to enjoy the experience. To make matters worse, several members of our group ended up with a stomach virus during the stay. Overall, I would not recommend this resort. Avoid if you’re looking for a relaxing, family-friendly vacation with good service and food quality.

I've been to many similar all inclusive resorts, and while this one is not perfect, it really deserves a 5* rating compared to other similar properties. The resort is older, but it is beautiful and spotless. The service is top notch, and consistent across the board. It's not a high energy resort, but has enough entertainment options to create a good vibe. The beach area is beautiful and well maintained. Food is pretty decent, but not great. Some negatives, the multi tier system is really annoying where some guest feel like 2nd class citizens while already paying high $$$. Lot's of weddings and corporate conventions that completely ruin the vibe, especially the corporate functions where you have a large group of folks who just want to go wild on corporate dime. Beach vendors are a disaster!! You have someone in your face literally every 45 seconds. Bring a large "No Solicitation" sign with you! Expedia Platinum "benefits" are a big joke, but that's expected.

A beautiful resort. Room was spacious which helped with our baby, but service was a little disappointing. Side pool bar was never staffed. Concierge was slow to respond. Good food options but quality was 7/10. Best restaurant was the beachside one for lunch. Pool is large and fun. Beach access easy and nice beach with plenty of spots.

Our stay was very nice! Adriel - our concierge was excellent. He was attentive, helpful, and did everything he could to make sure our stay was perfect. There were several things broken in our hotel room on arrival and Adriel took care of all of them for us...and with a smile! Raul at the beach was also great -- he reserved beach beds for us every morning and made sure we had great service. All the staff members throughout the hotel including at the Lunchbox and Malva buffets were so sweet. Carlos from entertainment was also wonderful!

The service during our stay was consistently disappointing. Requests made to the concierge often went unanswered, and arranging dinner reservations was difficult, with outcomes that did not match what we had asked for. The restaurant experience was similar. At one point, staff raised their voices toward our group. At the Hibachi restaurant, we felt rushed, as we were repeatedly asked if we were finished and encouraged to order dessert while we were still eating. For a property advertised as a 5-star all-inclusive resort, the level of service did not meet expectations.

We truly loved our stay at the Paradisus Palma Real Golf & Spa Resort. A special thank-you to Mr. Antonio, who went above and beyond to help us with our reservations. We were having trouble with one of the booking kiosks when he noticed us and kindly offered assistance. We were a bit skeptical at first, but the next day he followed up proactively with updates on the reservations he secured for us. That level of care is exactly what defines exceptional hospitality. We would also like to sincerely thank Mr. Juan, the Guest Experience Manager. He made our checkout process smooth, guided us through using the luggage room, and treated us with such warmth and professionalism. He was friendly, attentive, and even asked thoughtful questions that made the interaction feel personal. We’re truly grateful. We can’t wait to return to this amazing resort. The experience was inspiring, refreshing, and unforgettable.

We booked two different rooms for my family and parents and they all were highly pleased at the beautiful, clean resort. They especially loved the beach and pools and food and drinks. We found staff to be very accommodating and they would love to return next year.

The room has nothing to do what they showed us in the pciture. I literally paid etra to get a nice loking room with a view but we were given a 2. floor very old room and obstructed view. The food was merel average and even the so called facny restraurants had very limited menu. Everything seems to be good for circle members. The stuff were mixed, some were very nice but other were not that helpful. Enligh is a big problem and communication is limited. The kids club was amazing. But again, the food was merely medicore and not a varity for seafood or vegeterian people.
