The rooms are clean, check in was easy but staff is not around most of the time, rooms are very outdated, washroom cabinets are all chipped & outdated, beds are so so. Rooms are not sound proof so you hear everyone running, talking, yelling, feet stomping. But I would say price if affordable specially at this time of year, close to everything, resto, stores, coffee shops. Had to fight for parking cuz ppl don’t know how to park. Might stay again cuz of the price & surroundings

In subzero weather there was no heat in the room. Froze all night even with extra blankets. Heater was fixed the next day however it was very loud when it turned on and off. When the room doors closed they were very loud The hot tub rail was loose The vanity in our bathroom looked homemade. I was very disappointed
