"We had an excellent 4‑night stay at the hotel (quadruple room). We were warmly welcomed (in French!) by Alessia, who provided us with all the information we needed to enjoy our stay: how the hotel works, the best places to visit, plus tips & tricks about the region. The hotel also offered a dedicated online guide with great recommendations for drinks, restaurants, and all nearby amenities. Breakfast was excellent and very varied, offering both international options and authentic Italian specialties, including delicious coffee. The view from the hotel is stunning, overlooking Mount Etna — the perfect setting to start the day. The hotel also provides secure parking with direct access to the entrance, which I highly recommend. Our room was spacious, with a comfortable bed and a well‑equipped bathroom featuring a multi‑jet/massage shower. In short, I highly recommend this hotel for its ideal location if you want to explore the east coast of Sicily (15 minutes from Catania, 1 hour from Taormina, 45 minutes from Syracuse, and 1 hour from the northern slope of Mount Etna)."
