This resort is quite far from Rhodes town. If you want to visit there often, you should rent a car or be prepared to pay around €40-50 for a taxi ride one way. The food was good and it was served in a variety of ways. The staff was very friendly, especially the spa and leisure staff. The rooms were cleaned daily but in general both of the bungallow rooms we stayed in smelled a bit damp when the doors were closed. Overall, this is a great resort with friendly staff and good food, with strong cocktails.

Not sure how this sells and charges as a 5-star hotel as there is nothing of that level on site. The rooms are tatty, furniture is old. The shower flooded half the bathroom area everytime is used, beds are uncomfortable. Try to plug in a charger on the balcony a d the plug came flying out. The restaurant food is very basic, no service of any sort.

The whole Hotel needs a complete redo. The Furniture is old, the woodenplanks around the pool are very old and partially broken. The food is Most of the Time cold and There isnt much variety. You geh Papier cups and plates for food which really doesnt fit a 5 Star hotel.

First 2 days we stayed in a horrible room. Nothing like what was in the pictures. It said on the site that rooms are accessible but they are not and we had to Carry a 13 year old disabled child up and down the stairs for 2 days. On top bathroom had mould. Bed was uncomfortable old dated. No sound proofing. We were then moved to the ground floor room which was better and cleaner. No room service to call. Food was ok. It's quite far from the main town. Some Good points: good pools, good friendly staff, kids friendly.

Worst “all inclusive” I have ever been to. The only all inclusive drinks are the cheapest wine, whiskey vodka etc, same food every night. Cats running round in the dining area, disgusting. Dirty rooms, dirty pool. Put up the do not disturb sign yet they entered our room anyway. No AC in the dining hall, same food each day. Drinks machine not working. Card machine in the store not working couldn’t even buy my child a cold juice because the lady only wanted cash. 1000s of bugs all around the pool because it’s grass. No trash cans at the pool causing more ants and bugs. Rotten. I do not recommend and will not return. My son was up all night the first night we were there itching because of the dust. So disappointing

Worst Hotel I have stayed in, not even a 1 Star

We were extremely disappointed with this accommodation and would not have given it any stars if possible. Booked here for the last 2 nights on the island as near the airport and thought it would be treat. (Superior Family Room). The hotel looks very nice walking in, but when we got into our room we were in for a shock, it was like some third world accommodation, nothing like the photos on website. Dirty, mouldy, paint flaking, very dated old tatty furniture, tv not working, stained curtains, no cushions on garden furniture, no wifi in room, mattress so hard it was like sleeping on the floor. The bathroom smelled very mouldy and we had nobody clean our room the 2 days we were there. Complained but got nowhere, wanted to check out, but refund refused. Spend a lot of money on very basic accommodation, who gave this place 5 star rating is beyond me. Fully aware that a 5 star in Greece is not quite the same, but this hotel is totally mis-advertised.

La struttura è un po' da restaurare, ma nel complesso ci è piaciuta. La piscina privata davanti alla camera è uno spettacolo. Sicuramente c'è da migliorare la cucina. Va bene la cucina internazionale, ma è un po' scarsa. La spiaggia va curata. Ci è piaciuta la tranquillità e avendo l'auto a noleggio abbiamo girato l'isola in serenità.

Palvelut perhematkaajalle hyvät. Rauhallinen rantaloma lasten kanssa. Sänkyjen patjat ovat mielestäni aika huonossa kunnossa ja ne tulisi vaihtaa kauttaaltaan. Hotellissa haluaa ehdottomasti nukkua siisteissä ja tahrattomissa patjoissa. Vähän jo pinnatkin alkaa kulumaan hotellihuoneissa, joten niitäkin tulisi alkaa jo remontoimaan. Siivoojat kävivät päivittäin ja pyyhkeet vaihdettiin päivittäin, tämä hyvä asia. Ruoka mielestäni hyvää tasoa.

Das Hotel hat eine super lage sehr schön am Meer gelegen Sauberkeit in den Zimmern am pool oder in den Restaurants ist schlecht Gläser Teller dreckig Zimmer dreckig dusche dreckig käfer und Ameisen im Zimmer auf der Terrasse im Pool das Essen war ok abgesehen vom Eis wenn mal welches da war war es schlecht hat sandig geschmeckt oder es wurde einfach keins nachgefüllt wenn ich für Eis bezahle will ich auch welches haben das Hotel ist in die Jahre gekommen mit etwas Investition ist es wider in form zu bringen ich finde es sehr schade das mann so ein schönes Hotel mit so einer schönen lage so verkommen lässt dem Personal ist alles egal die machen ihre Arbeit und fertig nicht mehr und nicht weniger das WLAN ist grauenhaft mal hat mann bisschen Internet mal nicht dan ein ganzen Tag gar nicht war an der reception die haben gesagt kommt jemand der sich kömmert wir sind abgereist keiner gekommen sowas darf in einem 5 Sterne Hotel nicht sein das WLAN schlecht ist verdorbenes Eis oder garkeins dreckige Gläser und Teller Zimmer selbst nach den Reinigen vom Zimmerpersonal noch dreckig wie gesagt in einem 5 Sterne Hotel darf sowas nicht vorkommen wie gesagt schade das mein ein Hotel so verkommen lässt ich werde hier nicht mehr herkommen und werde auch niemanden empfehlen hierher zu kommen

Das Resort ist ca. 15 Auto-Minuten vom Airport entfernt, ca. 30 Min. von der Hauptstadt. Um das Resort ist so gut wie nichts, aber man hat alles innerhalb der Resort-Anlage, was man für einen entspannten Urlaub benötigt. Ohne Auto würde ich dort aber nicht urlauben, wenn ich mir auch die Insel anschauen möchte. Wenn Sie eine All-In-Urlaub mit viel Erholung, Ruhe und Entspannung suche, sind Sie hier jedoch genau richtig. Wir waren zum Ende der Saison da, was den Vorteil hatte, dass es ziemlich leer war, jedoch waren die Pools auch saukalt. Wir hatten eine Junior Suite mit Privatpool ... wochenlang herrschaten zuvor 30°, so dass ich dachte, das Wasser wäre warm ... ist es aber nicht, da es ständig getauscht/gefiltert wird und somit kalt ist. Beheizte Pools scheint es generell auf Rhodos nicht zu geben. Wen Welle, Salzwasser, Steine und Algen nicht stören, der kann auch ins Meer gehen, das tatsächlich wärmer war. Es gibt Animateure, die Französisch und Englisch sprechen, das Resort scheint besonders von Franzosen gebucht zu werden, es liefen aber auch Engländer, Deutsche und Russen rum, also recht gemischt. Das Personal ist super freundlich und spricht gerade im Restaurantbereich viele Sprachen, so dass man gut zurechtkommen sollte. Das Essen wird in Buffetform angeboten. Im All-in-Urlaub ist quasi von 7 Uhr bis 23 Uhr Verpflegung inkludiert. Fanden wir super, da wir eher Langschläfer sind und so gemütlich um 11/12 Uhr zum "Frühstück" gehen konnten.

Wir hatten eine Woche gebucht für 3 Erwachsene in einem Familienzimmer. Leider hat das Zimmer nicht den Fotos entsprochen. Ein großes Manko war, dass die Badtüre nur aus Milchglas ist und der das diese nicht absperrbar war. Die Einrichtung wirkte nicht stimmig und war teilweise sehr abgenutzt. Insgesamt war das Zimmer aber für drei Erwachsene zu klein. Die Anlage hat großes Potential. Die Lage direkt am Meer ist großartig und auch die Terrasse vom Hauptrestaurant ist traumhaft. Das Personal hat ist sehr freundlich. Essen ist gut und immer ausreichend. Das Buffet macht immer einen guten Eindruck. Leider hat die Anlage optisch einige Schwachstellen und man könnte einige Punkte renovieren. Die Auswahl an der Snackbar ist eher schlecht und sehr überschaubar. Für uns war es trotz der Kritikpunkte ein erholsamer Urlaub.

Hyvä hinta-laatusuhde ainakin juniorsviitissä omalla uima-altaalla. Ruoka ok. Paikka on rauhallinen ja hieman syrjässä. Maisemat ovat hienot. Hotellihuoneet ja rakennukset kaipaavat remonttia. moninpaikoin.
