My girlfriend and I stayed for five nights in mid-May for our anniversary and overall had a lovely stay. The hotel is beautiful, with stunning facilities, beach and pool areas, and stylish villa-style rooms. The sun loungers were especially comfortable and there were always plenty available. The food was enjoyable throughout our stay, with a good buffet selection and excellent cocktails and drinks, although breakfast could have offered more fresh fruit. The Ă la carte restaurants were nice but lacked menu variety, especially after multiple visits. We also experienced issues with the restaurant booking system, as requests made before arrival had not been recorded. Service was inconsistent at times, particularly with slow drinks service and tables not always being cleared between courses. Housekeeping was also inconsistent, with our room occasionally not cleaned properly, minibar restocking only available on request, and staff entering despite the âdo not disturbâ light being on. The bathroom showed some signs of wear, and the air conditioning never cooled below 23°C despite reporting it. There were also inconsistencies with advertised amenities, including the beach snack bar and complimentary Lindos shuttle. Despite these issues, we still had a very enjoyable stay. With improvements to consistency and service, it could easily feel truly five-star.
