The staff and management were quite unfriendly throughout our stay. The main buffet was the only dining option consistently available, and even that was below average in both quality and variety. The à la carte restaurants were supposedly fully booked from the moment we checked in, making it impossible to secure reservations.
What made the situation worse was that these restaurants were often half empty when we passed by. When we requested to be seated despite the empty tables, staff refused. We even spoke with the manager, showing him photos of the empty dining rooms, yet he still insisted that “it’s policy” and would not allow us to book or be seated—even though most reservations apparently don’t show up. This left us with no real dining choices, and the experience was incredibly frustrating.
