It is so cramped in the room that the refrigerator door cannot be fully opened. The light next to the faucet is really dim. The sound insulation is so bad that it was hard to go to sleep because of people talking in the corridor.

Great hotel if you are going on a Holland America cruise. Across the road. Connects with a food hall which serves lunch and dinner.Easily walkable to trams and underground if you wish to visit the city. Most staff very friendly and helpful. One cleaning staff bit grumpy because we asked for extra milk capsules. Other than that a pleasant stay.

Don’t Get a Room Over the Food Court!

Do not, I repeat, do not let them put you in a room over the food court on the first floor. The loud bass vibration starts at noon and goes non stop until almost midnight. It’s terrible. They assured me at the front desk it would be turned down at 10 pm. Still pounding at 11:45 pm. I asked to be moved but the hotel was full.

We had an overnight stay. The hotel was well located for cruise ship port. Also short walk over the bridge to shopping. Tram stop on the corner, easy to catch train & tram to or from airport. Nice breakfast, and a good food hall next door.

Here’s a 60-word review based on your input: Modern and colorful interior with a friendly staff. The hotel is well-located near train and tram stations, with a small supermarket just 2 minutes away. Our room was spacious and generally clean. However, some old stains on the furniture and carpets—especially in the lounge—took away from the overall impression. Still, a convenient and comfortable stay.

Fantastic hotel and perfect stay

Fantastic hotel. Vibrant, yet also chilled and relaxing. Great location for exploring the lovely Katendrecht district. The staff and service were excellent and the room was extremely comfortable and well appointed. My fridge wasn’t working so I mentioned it to reception and it was replaced in no time at all!

Very Accommodating

Very friendly staff that made sure we could check in early. Room was spacious and clean. If there is one thing I would recommend is that getting a room near the street next to the Food Hallen on the weekend is not a good idea as the sound from the music and people outside on the street can get loud. It is a good location near public transit and the harbor if you intend to go on a day trip up the river.
