We enjoyed the room as it was very nice and clean. The Valet service was excellent, The Casino was nice and had plenty of games to play. The dining options we very good, the food was excellent and portions were very large. An overall great experience.

Third Party Warning for Resort Fee

The hotel was super quiet, the beds were comfortable, and the rooms were large. The hotel room did look a little worn. I would have rated the stay a 4 out of 5 but while we were checking out we were informed there was going to be a $50 Resort Fee added on to our bill. Hotels.com failed to mention the added resort fee. The explanation was that the Seneca nation was charging the fee since NY stated doesn't charge any tax on Reservation land. So basically, travelers are stuck with a surprise tax.
