The customer service is great . The location is very well maintained and has great quality. I strongly recommend it to anyone who is looking for a Hotel to stay in the area of the SFO . It’s a very nice and clean boutique hotel.

Convenient public transportation

This hotel is perfect for people who is interested in going to the city of San Francisco without the hazard of driving your car and founding parking space. The Red Line of BART is 5 minutes away and $12 will give you round trip BART tickets to Civic Center in half an hour per trip. You can enjoy the city without worrying about your parking!
