Das Hotel ist soweit OK, die Anlage ist gepflegt und sauber. Einzelne Zimmer wirken etwas alt und könnten eine Renovation gebrauchen. Ein Teil des Personals ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit, doch einige scheinen Touristen nicht zu mögen und die Arbeit als Belastung anzusehen. Die Vorspeisen- und Nachspeisen Büfetts sind frisch, reichhaltig und vielfältig, die Schöpfgerichte hingegen wirken lieblos, zu eintönig und geschmacklich zu wenig abwechslungsreich. Insgesamt leider nur durchschnittliche Qualität. Die Minibars enthalten gerade einmal 1 Bier, 1 Cola, 1 Mineralwasser ohne Gas. Mineralwasser mit Gas muss in der Anlage gesucht werden. Zwischenmahlzeiten werden nicht angeboten, wenn man von einem Biskuitkuchen an der Bar einmal absieht. Zimmertresor muss gemietet werden, merkwürdiges und kompliziertes Strandtuchsystem. Hotel für mich nur mittelmässig und Preis/Leistung nicht optimal.

Sehr gutes Hotel

Pros: Es ist sehr gemütlich
Location: Los Gigantos
Wir waren bereits zum dritten mal im Hotel. Wir mögen die weitläufige Anlage und das Personal ist sehr nett und das Essen Gut

What a fantastic time myself and my family had! I cant recommend this hotel enough, lovely facilities and rooms. Great activités for kids! Fabulous variety of food and drinks…it won’t disappoint.
