Right in the heart of downtown Seattle. Within walking distance to many restaurants, shoppings and even the pier. The beds were very comfortable and rooms felt spacious. The only drawback is the room temperature. We constantly lowered the room temp until it was low as possible- 61 degrees, however the room maintained a constant of 82 and ac only kicked on when it went above 83 in the room. We were constantly soaked in sweat for this reason.

Beds were very comfortable and hotel was beautiful, staff excellent. My only qualms were the non refundable $28 charge (in addition to the fees we already paid) when we arrived for miscellaneous restaurants which we had no interest in using and the air conditioner- no matter how low it was set, the room retained a constant temperature of 82 degrees- we were constantly soaked in sweat.

Outstanding hotel in Seattle

Loved our stay at the Sheraton Grand -- appreciated the Uber credit and very nice restaurant for breakfast. Service was friendly all around. Great location walkable to Pike Place market and all the fun there. Lost a point because the printer was not working for a boarding pass (had to be printed) and had to pay to get a page from their on site FedEx satellite location.

Everything was fantastic except for the air in our room. The air conditioner was very loud and did not cool off the room as cool as we normally like. We turned the temperature way down and the air conditioner would just run nonstop, which made it difficult to sleep because it was loud. The accommodations were fantastic. Everyone who works there is very helpful and kind. One other thing that was frustrating was the resort fee. I understand people are doing this now and you can get the money back, but I wanted to explore and eat more local foods rather than eating in the hotel.
