The lobby felt more like a fancy hostel which was so cool and communal. I’ve never wanted to leave my room and hang in a lobby before- so that was a new experience. Front desk staff were wonderful and truly available to answer any questions. We were given great maps of the city and recommendations for dinner. The pineapple theme was very present and the bedding was incredible. We had a few other wear and tear issues in our room. And wished it had a small fridge, but other than that I would definitely recommend a stay and will be looking to stay with pineapple again.

Excellent. The hotel has a fun vibe. The lobby has all kinds of games (board games, wall scrabble, retro video games) to play for free. It was fun to play in the lobby while waiting for the rest of our party each day. It's also a good location. Easy to walk to Pike Place and Space Needle. We had rented a car. There were plenty of spaces to park in their underground lot. In the room waiting for us the first day was the gift of a cute pineapple coffee cup. After we checked out on the last day, the hotel called me to let me know that we had left a headphone in the room. Since we were already driving to the airport, they offered to send it to me. I paid for the shipping. I was impressed at their honesty. The package arrived at my home within a week.

I was highly surprised the condition of the hotel. The 5 felt thrown together and was WAY too expensive for what it offered. First of all the wording on the website for the room I selected made it sound as though I was choosing one of your nicer luxury rooms. It was far from that. One of the lamps in the room is all bent out of shape, there’s an access panel in the bathroom which could have at least been covered with a picture of something because it looks awful, the TV didn’t work the majority of the time, the toilet paper holder was all bent and broken. It felt like a slightly better motel 6 room. Also, we had a view of the elevated train which you could hear very clearly every time it went by. EVERY sound outside of that room was heard. The hallways have patched up paint spots all over which don’t match the original paint. On our floor the makeshift light they have put up by the elevator is nasty fabric that is frayed and filled with dead bugs. We got changed an “amenities fee” of $25, but the only amenities offered were 2 free coffees, 1 bottled water, and 1 cookie which would have cost less than the fee charged, so those aren’t “free”. When we asked about the amenities fee, we were told it’s in very fine print at the bottom of what we signed 🙄 I’d like to add that we could have stayed at the Westin down the street for $100 a night cheaper! I felt swindled and highly disappointed as what they are charging is ridiculous for what is offered

Convenient to where we wanted to go - Dimitri's Jazz Alley. Easy walking distance (15-30 min) to Pike's Place, restaurants, Amazon atrium. One thing that wasn't clear from property description is that housecleaning only occurs every 3rd day. Eco to use means not needing to change sheets every day, but fresh towels would be nice rather than having to go to front desk for extra supplies and coffee pods.

Free VIP perk/gift was a nice branded coffee mug (insulated stainless steal inside). Very European/UK vibe. Location is excellent, just limited in terms of dining. Walk 10 minutes and you are fine.

This is one of the best hotel experiences we have ever had. The staff was above and beyond in every way and helped us navigate a lot of Seattle on foot. The rooms are very comfortable and the vibe of the place is relaxed and friendly. The Space Needle, glass museum, museum of pop culture and market are all very walkable. Don’t miss coffee and donuts at Top Pot. The barista in the hotel is also great. 10/10!

photos show 2 side chairs in the room. there was only 1 desk chair so it was very uncomfortable to be in the room to relax if u wanted to sit somewhere other than the bed. had i known the room wasn’t go to have the same set up as the photos i would have booked elsewhere.

Cute hotel that would appeal to 20- and 30-somethings, but as a 40-something traveling with teenagers, I wasn't super excited about the exhibitionist bathroom where everyone in the room can watch your silhouette showering through the opaque glass walls. Also not a great fit for a light sleeper, as the walls are pretty thin and they have the loudest flushing toilets I've ever heard. On the plus side, the room was super clean, beds were comfortable, all the staff was really friendly, and I appreciated having a secure garage to park in.

Toilet door was broken, it was a 2-person job to open and close it.The staff fixed it the following day after check-in, but took their own time about it. Window blinds were broken. Decor was tacky. Duvet was not big enough. The staff slap on an additional amenity fee for amenities like WiFi and water fountain that are usually provided for free by other hotels. The fee was never mentioned on the Expedia listing and is mentioned at check-in time which reeks of bait-and-switch tactics. When asked about it, the staff were rude, dismissive and even combative.
