"Besonders erwähnenswert ist die Freundlichkeit ALLER Servicekräfte. Als Gast merkt man sofort ob es gespielt oder ein Muss ist, oder ob die Angestellten ihren Job einfach gerne machen Im gesamten Hotel (Reinigungskräfte, Service Restaurant [hier vor allem Mashud - Danke], aber auch am Empfang ist die Leidenschaft für den Job sofort zu spüren. Ein inzwischen seltenes, umso erfreulicheres Bewertungsdetail. Ebenfalls eine Besonderheit, Chefkoch und auch Hotelleitung gehen beim Frühstück von Gast zu Gast, kurzer Smaltalk - nicht aufdringlich - und erkundigen sich darüber ob alles den Wünschen entspricht. Vielen Dank an das gesamte Team. Ganz großes Lob an das gesamte Haus - unbedingt so weiter machen!!!"
