Brilliant hotel

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Arok and would strongly recommend it. Our room was large, well maintained and comfortable. The hotel is very convenient for the main station. The staff were friendly and helpful and we really liked the ambience. Nice to have a welcome drink and free coffee on tap. Ten to fifteen minute walk to centre.

Really cool vibe here. Small but nice rooms. Great for our one night stop over. We made use of the sauna which was excellent. Very convenient to train station and centre of town. Loved it.

Staff good, room in annexe was nice, but in terms of minor issues - there were odours from the drains in the morning and you need to keep the bathroom door closed to avoid noise from other room flushing. Cute little gym/library, free coffee is a win (would be nice to have an accessible machine in the annexe), excellent location. Would definitely stay again.

Spacious room and bathroom. Excellent service - a special thanks to Samira who is in charge of the breakfast buffet service. Despite being solo in the area, she was able to give the guests premiere service. I highly recommend the hotel. Will definitely stay here again. We stayed 4 nights.

Lovely to have a proper coffee machine available 'free' 24/7 rather than sachets in the room. So easy travelling by train, and the big AROK sign at the top of the building, visible as soon as exiting the station made it ultra easy to locate. Quirky and stylish, a great stay.

Property was located very close to the train station but still an easy walk into the old town area. If travelling by train it is ideal! Lovely rooms and good breakfast. Great value for money and would highly recommend :)

I chose this hotel because of its proximity to the train station, and to the area where tour guides and buses pick up the travellers. The front desk personnel was very attentive and helpful. This hotel is good for young people who do not mind the lack of an elevator or air conditioning. The building is old, with some steep stairways. I loved the magnifying mirror in the bathroom.

This hotel is in an ideal location right across from the train station, next door to two boulangeries and next to a walkable street up to the old city. The hotel was super quiet. We really liked it. FYI, we choose this one for the elevator but my 75-year-old parents still had to lug their suitcases up and down several stairs because the floors have stairs even after getting out of the elevator. Most of the staff was nice but two were a bit rude.

Stayed for one night, before train trip to Paris. The hotel staff were helpful and kind, the hotel was quite trendy and beautiful, the breakfast was top notch and the all to the train staion was quick and easy. Perfect for our needs.
