In general the hotel is excellent and very well located especially as one of our friends has mobility issues. The breakfast was excellent too. The only thing letting it down was very low water pressure making showering difficult and not enough bar staff leading long waits for getting drinks although the bar area wasn’t particularly busy.

It is lovely hotel to stay in, but the breakfast for me was not good - the porridge was made with water and I could not eat it (my go to every morning) and they had no english tea available - I mean really!

In Stratford and still peaceful

Everyone was helpful and engaged. Food super and environment great. I was a bit apprehensive that a big brand like Crown Plaza would mean systems over ranked individuals but that was not at all the case!

Lovely hotel, much better inside than it appears on the outside. Nice big room, nice big bed but the bath room was on the small side and and the water pressure in the shower wasn't great. But that doesn't detract from it being somewhere I'd stay again.

Excellent stay

First time in Stratford and first time at a Crown Plaza Hotel, both didn’t disappoint. The hotel was very bright, clean and comfortable. Staff extremely helpful and friendly. Food was excellent. Convenient to Stratford town, which we loved. Would certainly return.
