staff were very nice the room was definitely underwhelming looked so much nicer in the pictures we kept getting keycards that wouldn’t work you need the key card to get from the parking garage to the hotel we got stuck in the parking garage multiple times with a key card that did not work and we had to walk all the way up to the top level with our bags then when they replace the key card, we went up to our room and it didn’t work again. They double booked us with other people. The breakfast was honestly horrendous. they told us they were going to give us a room with a view for our troubles. we got a lovely view of the building next-door as well as a view of the front lobby of our hotel will not be staying here again

This was the first time I stayed at a holiday inn express . The staff were courteous,very helpful, and great to deal with. The breakfast buffet is a great bonus especially it being bitter cold didn't have to go anywhere to eat. Snacks and drinks in the lobby are always welcomed too.i will be back there again shortly .also Keurig coffee maker in my king room was a nice bonus too. I highly recommend this hotel ken Vanderzwàag

Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Great recommendations on places to eat and things to see by front desk people. Rooms were clean and housekeeping folks were very kind. Staff always greeted and chatted with you when you arrived and left. Breakfast was great as well. Food was tasty and nice variety.

Room was honestly the cleanest I've seen in a hotel in a while. The bathroom was spotless (yes even under the sink and no discoloured bath grout). Would absolutely recommend. Breakfast was also great and coffee was really good.

All was good but I would recommend the staff offer amenities (toothbrush/toothpaste) at check in. Also it would go a long way to offer a shuttle or Uber/lyft credit to Union Station. Otherwise the room was clean and staff was friendly and breakfast was ample.
