The airport shuttle runs a limited schedule. Because our flight was late arriving, we were forced to pay $51 to get to the hotel in a taxi. There is an elevator outside the breakfast buffet that goes up 3 floors. The carpet in the elevator needs to be cleaned. On the 3rd floor the wall outside the elevator was scratched and gouged. There were a couple of bars of soap provided in the room along with body wash and a shampoo/conditioner combo in the shower. No other personal care products were provided. Thre was baseboard missing in the bathroom of our room. The bathroom needed to be painted.

While the staff were friendly the rooms felt dirty and just broken. A few lights did not work. The door latch was broken off. There were clumps of hair in the bed. Not a very pleasant experience. More attention should be paid to cleaning and maintenance.
