Clean, renovated suites in the downtown core of Toronto. Near Bloor/Yonge Subway, shopping, Yonge Street and the Church Street gay scene. Sadly, this area of town has seen better days. Like the downtown core in many cities there are many unhoused persons. They are not dangerous people but it is a bit unnerving seeing this many people on the streets. The area is safe and the hotel has good security. The bed was comfortable but the pillows were not great. Nice clean bathroom and properly supplied with quality towels, shampoo and other amenities. The price was good for downtown Toronto

Good hotel option for gay travelers

Good location of the hotel, which is just a few blocks north of the main gay neighborhood in Toronto. The rooms are very spacious and generally comfortable. However, some of the guests at the hotel seem a bit sketchy, and it’s not uncommon to see addicts loitering around the hotel and surrounding neighborhood. Be warned about that if that’s going to freak you out.

Property was dirty, the toilet would not flush. I was transferred to another room, the water would not go down. The building is not properly maintained. The shower head was old, thinks were broken and not fixed. Also a balcony that I couldn't get out.

Stayed here for an overnight getaway, and the accommodations were excellent. I wasn’t expecting a whole condo suite that included pots and pans, full fridge, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, coffee machine, etc. the area is safe, nice, everything is a short distance walk, there are a couple convenience stores around if you wanted to pick up snacks. Hotel has a 24 hour front desk, the unit was clean, room temperature was good. The only thing I couldn’t find was a garbage can in the kitchen, only the bathroom. We also had a problem with the fan in the bedroom making a high pitch squeal noise overnight, but we shut the fan off and reported it to the front desk. All in all, I would recommend this place, and would consider staying here again if need be.
