Beautiful Hotel

The staff at were very attentive and accommodating. Room was beautiful and very spacious. Excellent views from the balcony and would highly recommend getting the breakfast as we both looked forward to it each day. The pool was lovely and there were a good number of loungers and of course a bar. We are looking forward to coming back!

Lovely relaxing stay in a beautiful setting

Lovely child free break away. Absolutely gorgeous views from out balcony. Room was spacious, very clean and nicely decorated. Pool was in a gorgeous setting and we could always get a lounger. Great cocktails from the pool bar. Didn't have breakfast but ate at restaurant in e. It was ok. Only two negatives - the English breakfast tea in the room was awful. Had to switch to coffee. Fries from snack bar were cold so obviously not freshly cooked. I should have asked for them to be reheated but my husband had already covered them in sauce.

Not bad for the price. Best If you can avoid the rooms located on the lower level because it can get noisy with the restaurant located right below. Otherwise nice staff, nice location, great affordability. You can also watch the most beautiful sunset from the hotel which is a bonus!

The hotel location is nice if you’d like to sit at the hotel and lounge by the pool. Valldemosa is the type of town you walk around for a few hours and leave. If you want sight seeing beyond that, this isn’t the hotel for you. Maybe for 2-3 night stay only. The breakfast and dinner options are sub par. The staff is unorganized and seemingly confused about the most basic seating and dining etiquette. The pool area is nice but again, not much else to do around here. It’s not a walkable area either in case you’re an active person and want to do something beyond hanging at the pool.

The rooms were beautiful and clean. Convenient location close to Deia and Port de Sóller. Breakfast included which was nice. Only 2 free water bottles provided for the entire stay. The wifi did not work for us which was really inconvenient since our e-sim also had a weak connection in this part of Mallorca, and the gym left much to be desired (no free weights or weight machines). Other than that we enjoyed our stay very much.

The property itself is absolutely amazing. Beautiful scenic view of the sea from the mountain and good sized room and beautiful pool and amenities. The air conditioning in our was not working upon arrival which we flagged to the receptionist who dismissed us rudely twice claiming we must not have turned it on correctly until which point I had to go down a third time and found a technician who came to the room and confirmed that it was broken and someone would not be available until the next day to fix it. It was over 30 degrees Celsius in the room that night - needless to say no sleep. We were not offered any compensation for this which is disappointing.

Everything about this hotel was fabulous. I was lucky to have the most amazing room. I have stayed in many extremely good hotels in Mallorca but the view from my room, which was breath-taking, means that I would look to this place first before I go anywhere else. I spent nine days at the hotel. I am able, therefore, to give a considered view. There was nothing to fault. It was, simply, superb.

Not worth the money ¬ setup for wedding parties

We booked this hotel for about 30 people for a wedding around the corner. Rooms are a good size & the hotel appears clean. At check in there was confusion around the rooms that were booked for single or double occupancy & they said we had to change rooms due to the taxes or we had to pay 38€ for a 2nd room key even though the single & double rooms were identical! On the day of the wedding, the restaurant was closed due to being short staff & we couldn’t even get a coffee for the bride whose wedding was at 6pm. Despite linking in with Son Marroig & accommodating lots of wedding guests, they don’t have a steamer & the requested iron never turned up. We were also told we could not bring the cake into the hotel as it needed a fridge and we weren’t allowed to bring our own in either. The day after the wedding, there was no hot water to any of the rooms. They said they were fixing it & delayed our check out by 30 minutes but the water was not fixed & we didn’t get any compensation or even an apology. The receptionist just said no when we enquired about some money back for the 30 odd guests we had booked! She didn’t even remove the extra breakfast charges as a gesture of goodwill. The breakfast was 18€ each & was definitely not worth it. We had 1 runny poached egg out of 7! Even after we had sent the first lot back. They started removing food & drink before breakfast was due to finish at 11am despite us still being there & our delayed checkout. Location-fab. Not worth the money.
