My husband was diagnosed with a kidney stone 2 days before we left for this trip. He found out he was not prescribed enough pain meds to last the entire week until we already landed. We woke up the next morning, the pain was intense and were ready to go home on day 1. Before submitting to the idea, I asked the concierge at the front desk if we had any other options. She was able to get us in contact with a local kind & caring doctor and he prescribed medication for my husband. They saved our trip, and I will be forever thankful for them! The food options were amazing, it was my first time at an all-inclusive without a buffet but the food was so good that I would not hesitate to have any of it again. The bars are located close by to the pools for convenience (also had great drinks). Staff and service were both great, no issues with our room. Loved the private pool and the view! Cocobay, from the bottom of our hearts thank you so much for a memorable and pleasurable experience for my husband and I.

A wonderful place to relax and reconnect with your partner. The staff is warm and welcoming, the rooms are clean, and the food is delicious. If you’re looking for a peaceful, slow-paced getaway, this is the perfect spot. But if you’re after a party atmosphere, this might not be the place for you.

To say I’m disappointed in my stay at Cocobay is an understatement. While the resort boasts beautiful views and picturesque surroundings, the experience did not live up to expectations—especially considering the premium price. We stayed in a Premium Pool Suite, The room was run-down: • The black-out curtains were old and damaged, with visible insect holes. • The clawfoot tub was dirty upon arrival and remained that way throughout our 5-day stay. • There was significant dust buildup on the furniture, and the Bali bed outside had clearly never been cleaned—its pillows were visibly stained. • The plunge pool and hammock were a nice touch, but unfortunately overshadowed by the lack of cleanliness and maintenance. • The bedsheets had noticeable stains, and housekeeping only performed minimal tidying—sweeping, re-spreading the same sheets, replacing bath towels, and emptying the trash. No actual cleaning was done. Access to basic necessities like bottled water was incredibly frustrating. None was provided in the room, and your only option was to fill up at a water fountain near the lobby—which was broken at times. Similarly, the coffee machine in the café was hit or miss. Service was also lacking in consistency. We arrived around 5:45 PM due to a late flight and received no welcome tour, something I saw being offered to other guests. Our honeymoon was never acknowledged. The final straw: large cockroaches made their way into our bathroom. would not recommend honestly felt cheated.

I like my cottage with the pool and bathtub I like that the made bushes around the house .give you privecy . I don’t like it that drinking water was not in the room was also not map of the resort . Not bubblebath soap available in the room .

If your looking for a private, romatic, and quiet resort. CocoBay is the place to go. It was peaceful . There are 2 infinity pools on each side if the resort, and there were times we had the whole infinity pool on one side to ourselves. It was beautiful looking out at the ocean while floating on raffs sunbathing 😊 The staff was amazing. We were celebrating my 53 birthday and 37th Anniversary. The staff made our stay so special. We came back to our bungalow one evening after dinner, and our room was decorated with candlelight and flowers and a bottle of champagne. It was so sweet and thoughtful. Also, the day of my birthday/anniversary, the resort treated us to a cliff side lunch that was made by the chef and the food was amazing. I wish the meal was on the lunch/dinner menu’s. The only complaint I would have is the food choices. There wasn’t alot to choose from . And you had breakfast daily at 7:30am-10am, lunch was 12:30pm-2pm, and dinner was 6:30pm-8:30pm. You had to pick times for lunch and dinner. They did have afternoon snacks like bar bites and panini’s and pizza. There just wasn’t really all you can eat . There is also a smoothie bar that opens at 10:30am and serves muffins and cookies. We had a beautiful time . We really enjoyed ourselves

We had a great time at this resort! Food was amazing - not your usual mass prepared meals you find at some all-inclusives; staff were friendly and helpful at all times. Only negative aspect was that I missplaced my designer sunglasses and unfortunately they were never found.

The staff are amazing. They do whatever they can to accommodate you. Food delicious. Dont expext to gorge yourself. The portions are perfect. The cottages are wonderful. Everything you need. It would have been nice if they stocked the mini fridge but no biggie. I got bottles of wine to go. Perfect 10 year anniversary!

Excellent food and service. Grounds are beautiful. Beach is good, with Ffryes beach just a short walk and it was nicer. Jet skis and vendors on the beach but they aren’t too pushy. Felt very safe. Cottage is really cute and the air conditioning can’t keep up, but very comfortable and cute. We had a great time.

If you are wanting to honestly reset, recharge and reconnect, I HIGHLY suggest you book here. My husband and I are both Real Estate Agents so we ALWAYS are in our phones, but at CoCoBay, we were seriously able to put the phones away and just enjoy the surroundings. I give them a 10 out of 10! The resort is breathtaking. The food! Do not let it fool you! I was looking for a FULL plate, but the smaller portions are rich and very filling in flavor! Book NOW! Don’t look for somewhere else, this is the ONE!
