This was the absolute worst experience I've ever had at a hotel. My fiancé and I booked a stay Friday-Sunday and check out on Monday. I requested an early check in and was willing to pay the fee, but staff wouldnt answer their phone, or respond to the messages i sent. Staff were beyond rude and unprofessional. There was an incident on Saturday where a guest had defecated in the parking lot, and an employee shouted, "Theres f****** s*** in the parking lot! Human s***!" And went on about it for 5 minutes. Meanwhile my fiance and I were in the lobby. I wish I was joking. Our room had dirty towels, a toilet that didn't flush, a fridge that didnt work, outlets that didn't work, the list goes on. The pool and hot tub were out of order without any notice. Dont offer something you cannot provide. Any time i tried to get a hold of staff to report the issue, it was impossible. I understand that this is a budget hotel and didnt expect it to be a 5 star service, but the way the staff acted and how disgusting our room was was absolutely unacceptable. The thing that upset me the most was the woman working today Monday Dec 29th at 11:06am. The woman went to each room to inform guests that it was checkout time. I received a text message that said I could provide my expected check out time. This was after I tried contacting staff to ask for a late checkout. I set the expected check out time for 12:00pm and i have a screenshot .for proof. I get a knock on our door at 11:06am, I open it an

Staff were unfriendly and unwelcoming. Heater was left on, so we couldn't even stay inside until it cooled down. Outlets didn't work (no microwave/fridge!) Spend the extra money for a good quality hotel.

When we checked in they said the pool was closed. It was not posted on the website. I asked why it wasnt posted and the lady told me i could go across the street because they had a pool and spa. It was not posted about the deposit. I had trouble with the keys and had to get new ones. I had to plunge the toilet 3 times. I only had 2 small towels and a hand towel for 3 people. No washclothes. Lastly my husband slipped in the shower and strained his back. He had back surgery and that is why we wanted the hot tub. The shower was horrible. The shower head was so small it was little water.

Staff was nice. Room was adequate, some issues like the knob of the shower fell off, and hotel refurbishment going on at the time. Issue with the shower was fixed immediately.
