Loved this place. Main attractions were at walking distance. View from balcony facing the harbours makes it worth it. Can see ships, seaplanes and boat taxis going around . Was fun :)

When I checked in, they didn't have the room i wanted, they were very busy, but ended up upgrading, that I paid for, which that room was to noisy beside elevator, got moved to upgraded room that i didn't want, so at the end they did credit me half the upgrade because I talked to them about it at checkout.

Loved the room and the view, the staff treated us so well. Very easy to walk everywhere from, and we even saw an orca out front of the hotel! Also reconnect the croissants from the coffee bar!

Our stay was amazing. We didn’t love our room initially. It wasn’t the view we anticipated. I called downstairs and they couldn’t move us the first night, but they moved us the second night. They were very accommodating, thoughtful, kind. Moved our bags without us even asking. And they were in the second night was absolutely spectacular.

My husband and I had a lovely time at The Inn at Laurel Point. The hotel was beautiful, bright, and spacious. It had a great coffee shop and restaurant right off the lobby. The room had a spectacular view of the ocean and we watched an incredible sunset. The room was clean and tidy, the bed was comfortable, and the nespresso coffee was a nice touch. I will say that the bathroom could use a renovation and the water stain on the ceiling could also use some work. All in all, it is a lovely place and I would stay here again and recommend to family and friends.
