This is a value based hotel and for its cost it didn't disappoint. But if you are expecting a high quality experience this is not for you. Room was in need to a refurbishment but it was clean. Often it is the clean that really matters

Hotel is ok, looking a little tired but clean, bed was a little mobile as it would move away from the wall when you sat in the bed and leaned against the wall with little effort. Main issue was the reception staff, seemed like she did not want to be there, not used to my credit card and id being thrown across the counter at me with as little interaction as possible.

Building very shabby. Room dilapidated. Loud hum noise. Alarm clock flashing 1:13 - broken. Above bed light - bulb gone. No plug by bed for phone charging. Was not a pleasant hotel room to be in. Inadequate heating for winter. No breakfast as promised when booking. But the king bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was very clean so had a nice hot bath

The staff were amazing very friendly and great service Unfortunately the room did not look anything like the photos. There was a disgusting stained blind, mould in bathroom and on the sprinkler. It was an old room it was clean but old and in much need of a re vamp. The room we were in was by the road so was very noisy. and some works were happening on the night drilling and banging.(not the hotels fault). Unfortunately would not stay again.

Had to wait 4 rooms to be made up ready. Should be able to judge by bookings and have enough staff to turn the rooms around. Staff struggling to manage all people booking in at reception.
