My room was not cleaned for the entire stay. Shower pressure was terrible. Had to shower with mostly HOT water every day. Brought to several staff members attention and nothing was done about shower and cleaning. Until the very last night of our stay when we were under the impression shower was fixed and it wasnt. We called front desk and requested to speak to Manager. At that point manager offered to move us rooms but we refused bcuz it was our last night there and it was late night. Plus, we were trying to enjoy a nice dinner night. Instead of wasting our evening moving rooms. We spoke to employees at front desk to advice what we were experiencing they seemed like they were going to take care of the issue by sending someone but nothing was done. Every time I would return to room after a long day vacationing nothing was done. Room was in same exact condition I left it. My husband and felt ignored. Almost if our satisfaction did not matter nor was it a priority. Also, saddened that my husband and I did not feel welcomed either upon checking in. It took forever. Staff was not attentive at all. I was very surprised and disappointed as we have stayed at other DREAMS RESORTS in other destinations we have traveled to. I will be taking this experience to a higher up because definitely feel we need to get compensated or reimbursed for at least a nights stay. We paid and spent our hard earning money to have a pleasant vacation at an all inclusive known resort.

The service was horrible. Housekeeping came about 6 and 7pm in the evening to clean your room with a smelly mop. The waiters have no manners they don’t even ask you if you’re ok. The island is beautiful but services was horrible and the rooms need a lot of updates.

Food options are limited. The bed was comfortable. The shower could use some bleaching. It was nice to be able to wake up to an oceanfront view and walkout. Darling from in-room dining and Gio the butler were the best for customer service. The resort is beautiful, but the room service was consistently late.

I arrived the first day and found a bed bug in my pillow. It was brushed off and I was told no it was not that they don’t have bed bugs in the island. I woke up with 27 bites. I was told it’s misquotes. I didn’t see a single misquote on the island. I had a dr confirm it was bed bug bites. Once I was gaslit and called a liar (from that pillow isn’t there, to no bugs on the island) they finally removed me from the resort. Do not recommend this resort. I have never cried so much on a vacation. I have pictures of the bugs and my bites for evidence.

The food was terrible. The customer service even during check in was terrible unless you are club guest as I seen. We traveled with a family an eighteen and it was a bad experience. The only thing we enjoyed was the recreation activity. One family member couldn’t even use their bathroom sink because there wasn’t any water flow. One family member bathroom started flooding. And another family member bathroom ceiling was filled with water looked like it was going to burst luckily it didn’t. We order room service one night for our kids took four hours to get to the room and the food was great that the kids waited for nothing. It hard tough to bite and stale. Restaurants were good except for the buffet. Food was tough to eat and scrambled eggs tasted like water down eggs. Flies are everywhere and birds. One of my niece couldn’t even eat because she had a fear of birds. We asked if we can take her food to the room and they said it wasn’t allowed. Eventually we started buying food outside and bringing it back to our kids. The bar service was terrible especially on vacation you have to wait on drinks that was watered down. We had to go get our own alcohol. There was only one waitress who was kind and friendly but everyone else seemed like they didn’t want to be there as for the working staff. First time being in the Caribbean staff service sucked. Housekeepers were great, delivered when expected. It shouldn’t be an all inclusive if it’s going to be this bad.

I read bad reviews after booking however during my visit there it was the total opposite. The check in process was smooth and we were taken to the room immediately after check in. There are a variety of restaurants and food options however you must note that some restaurants are not open everyday for dinner as they alternate with the others on site. There were alcoholic drinks available from the morning period and the servers never once scrimped on the amounts. The pool area was clean and there were always adequate beach towels available as well as lounge chairs. There were daily activities as well as nightly entertainment and the adjoining casino also provided some entertainment when it was just too hot to be outside. Check out was alos smooth and they kept luggage on site until it was time to go to the airport.

IIMare - Alex the butler was the best. Alex goes out his way to make you feel welcome and have nice experience if it wasn’t for him this experience would’ve been worst. Victor and his partner at the Blu bar were amazing wished everyone had the same work ethic. The rest of the staff walk around like they don’t get paid enough and don’t want to be there. You ask for something you will receive it 20min later. The world cafe buffet doesn’t have variety of food and flies are all over the food.

The service is exellent, but the staff and general management are terrible. No good appointments with the wash handling firm, so not sufficient towels in time. Information about activities only by app, and no announcements in the elevator. Halfway breakfast there is no more coffee, milk or juice. Roomservice half an hour later than told when ordered. Not sufficient tissues and toilet paper in stock, so they have to bring it later. "All inclusive" is organized in overlapping times of service, so you have to ask and search for an open restaurant. Menu's in the app are not the same as what the restaurants are offering.

I’m writing this review after having one of the worst hotel experiences of my life at Dreams Curaçao Resort, Spa & Casino. What was supposed to be a relaxing vacation turned into a week of frustration, disappointment, and unsanitary conditions. Not only was the stay horrific, but I’ve also been struggling to get a refund, and the hotel has been ignoring my attempts to contact them. Here’s what I experienced during my stay: *Roaches walking around the lobby bar *Multiple broken machines in the gym *Gym towels were orange but stained black *Pillowcases had holes in them *Sheets, towels, and washcloths were consistently dirty and stained, even after requesting replacements every single day *The housekeeping manager admitted the laundry was not being cleaned properly *When we asked for ice, we were told the staff was too busy and had to get it ourselves—only to find the ice machine was broken *The window shade was stained and full of holes *Found random strands of hair (not ours) on the floor and in the bed *Asked to speak to a manager and were told she was “in a meeting” and to “come back tomorrow” — completely dismissive As for the dining experience: *Staff often had no idea what food or drinks they were serving *At World Café, food was left uncovered and birds and insects were diving into the trays *Flies on the fruits and bread made it impossible to eat *World Café closed between 11 a.m. and 1 p.m. meaning we couldn’t get breakfast or lunch at all during that time

The property is not a 5 star hotel , it needs lots of upgrades and touch ups . Not much variety of the restaurants 3 restaurants. Room service terrible to get through and waited over an hour to get food once we got through . Waiters and waitresses are not friendly at all , waited a long time to get a drink or when ask for an extra item . We did get a massage was amazing ! But would not come back again to this hotel
