We have stayed at this particular hotel 4 times. It is refreshing being recognized and welcomed like family! The gentleman at the front desk was very polite and promptly greeted us. For breakfast we again were treated like family, breakfast was delicious as always! We'll be back very soon!

Reception seemed friendly and helpful, however, when I mentioned my dad was elderly and used a walker, she said she’d give him a room on the 1st floor. I thought it was nice except that it was the third furthest room from the front desk.
